Venezuelan-born Lysa Rodriguez is the manager of Qiu: True Element. As salon manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the brand new salon. This includes client relations, business development and staff management. Lysa first joined owner and creative director, Marcos Carrasquillo, as hair stylist assistant in 2007, supporting him in shampooing, color application, blow-drying and appointment setting. Lysa has acquired extensive customer relations and management experience within the beauty, hospitality and retail industries. She is also a skilled hair stylist who commits to a one-of-a-kind experience for each of her clients. This “hands-on” manager is trained in all aspects of salon services and procedures, including cosmetology, retail, event planning, fashion styling, hair styling and management. Lysa speaks English and Spanish fluently and holds a license in Cosmetology from the Florida State Board of Cosmetology. Her academic credentials include:
