The Qiu True Element team is composed of a diverse group of industry professionals who are committed to excellence and providing great service to their clients. A group of young, talented, rising stars and some seasoned, highly trained professionals have joined creative director and owner, Marcos Carrasquillo, to make a mark in the South Florida market by the mastery of the art of beauty and innovation.

From the onset, Marcos stood out for his creativity, his technique and his ability to create unique designs. This was all apparent from his very first job. Marcos launched his career in 1998, when he was only 15 years old, working as a barber. He immediately stood out for his talent and dexterity. Later, he decided to broaden his knowledge and began to study and perfect his art by also working on women.

Yoandra Blanco

Yoandra Blanco
Senior Hair Designer
With 12 years of experience in shaping the images of hundreds of clients, Yoandra Blanco joined Qiu True Element as Senior Hair Stylist. Her extensive experience includes haircutting, coloring and make-up for fashion, photography and television. She began her career in Canada working at such prestigious salons as Hair by Giovanni, Salon Portugal and Adrianne Foley Spa.

Nelly Anaya joined Qiu: True Element as xxxxxxxx stylist. As a creative artist, Nelly is driven by his passion to create individual, avant-garde looks for his clientele. That passion moved him, while attending High School, to obtain a summer employment as hair stylist assistant at Armandeus International Stylist.

Xochilt Dueñas is a talented hair stylist at Qiu: True Element. Since beginning her career four years ago, Heydi has dedicated herself to crafting the looks and images of her clientele. Her unique passion for styling is conveyed instantly to her clients, providing them with easy-to-manage, yet individual, looks.

Hair Designer / Color Specialist

Natali Pouchet, a talented Hairstylist with more than 7 years of experience started her creative career with a family business in Venezuela on 2001 where she discovered her abilities to work with hair which in turn led her to the decision to grow on this field as a Hair Stylist professional. After she moved to South Florida, she started working as a personal assistant for a recognized hair stylist and color specialist at Kolores Salon.
